We want to hear from you, especially if you can give us your insight into what our birds are up to lately. Here’s an example that just happens to be an actual sighting:

On Thursday August 30 at 9:35 a.m. Denise Cunningham sighted a very large bald eagle as it swooped in to rest in a tree about 40 feet from her back patio near the green on Oakridge hole number 10. This was not an osprey, but a very large bald eagle with a huge white head and large yellow beak. I was able to see it in the tree and then it took off heading south towards the Westcross bridge and down towards Delegal.
